Work is completed at the property on the conversion of one unit ($25,000).

New roof complete.
Egress window installed
Paint, carpet, repair updates
Additional items that are in process are fascia, rain gutters, and a couple of windows.
The property is 2 units. One (2bed/1bath) unit is rented at 895. The other unit is being marketed at 1295 (4bed/2bath)
Refinance process has begun. Closing expected 1/31/2022.
