City Heights continues to make steady progress. On the ground floor, drywall is nearly complete with only two units remaining, and tape and texture work is underway. Level 2 insulation is complete, with inspection taking place before drywall hanging begins after approval. On Level 3, electrical rough-in is complete, and insulation is scheduled to begin next week. Glass façade installation is set to begin this week, and exterior finishes are being finalized.

Infrastructure work continues to make steady progress throughout the project. HVAC installation is underway, including rooftop mechanical infrastructure, with fire dampers currently being specified and installed. The accompanying photos highlight the ongoing installation progress within the Main Fire Room.

HVAC rough-in is complete, electrical work has reached the second floor, and sprinkler installation is ongoing. Construction continues to move forward with great progress. The large windows on the second and third floors are really starting to make an impression, and the soaring ceilings on the first floor are creating an incredible sense of space.

Construction at City Heights made strong progress throughout April, keeping the project on schedule. Framing is complete, marking a major milestone as the structure takes full shape. Plumbing and HVAC installations are in progress, along with the start of mechanical system work. Additionally, Tyvek installation is underway to enclose and protect the building. Overall, the project remains on target and continues to move forward as planned.
