Land for Mixed-Use Development Acquired
Our latest land acquisition is final. This project included an extensive due diligence process. The planned development is shovel-ready for a 40-unit apartment building with 5,749 sqft. of commercial space.
Easements have been cleared and permits are ready to be pulled from the city. We plan to begin construction on City Heights in 2024.
