This quarter has seen meaningful progress across our portfolio, particularly through the sale of a lower-performing asset and the optimization of financing structures.


Property Sale – Lavalle (Q3 2025):

The Lavalle property was sold this quarter, allowing us to capture accumulated equity and redeploy capital into higher-yielding assets within the fund. This strategic sale further streamlines the portfolio and enhances long-term performance potential.


Refinancing – Boulevard (Q3 2025):

We successfully completed the refinance of the Boulevard property, securing improved loan terms and lowering overall holding costs. The refinance also unlocked capital for continued expansion and operational flexibility.


Refinancing in Progress – Mill Road Townhomes:

We are currently in negotiations to refinance the Mill Road Townhomes. Early projections indicate potential for interest rate reduction and cash-out proceeds that can be reinvested to further strengthen the fund’s position.
